Historically, the Ranch has been used as a cow/calf hay ranch on private and adjacent state and federal grazing lands. The ranch is fully equipped to be a working ranch again. Aside from a vast amount of grazing acreage available for raising free range beef, there is plenty of fresh water and land already cleared for hay production. 76 acres of the ranch are irrigated.
